Started talking to this guy off the dating app Happn. After talking for a bit I suggested we meet and he said he wanted to get to know me more 1st. We exchanged numbers and started texting. I started to suspect he wasn’t real so I asked to talk on the phone/he conveniently fell asleep that night and we didn’t talk. He suggested we get off the app, saying he wasn’t talking to anyone else and was really interested in getting to know me and seeing where this went. While having lunch with my sister we started talking about guys we are talking to since we are both single. I showed her his picture and she said-oh my god I’m talking to him too. He was telling her all the exact things he was telling me. When I confronted him about it through text he denied talking to anyone else. Till I sent him screen shots of their conversation. He then tried to back pedal and say what we had was special and they only had a few conversations through text not the connection we had. Then he tried to act like I was talking to multiple people cause I was still using the app and made the excuse that it wasn’t wrong for him to talk to other women while we were getting to know each other. I told him that was true-but it was wrong and didn’t sit well with me that he outright lied about it. Just be very wary of this guy ladies.
The guy in the picture is George Robles who lives in Austin. People steal his pics all the time and he knows it.
I saw him as another name maybe 2 years ago and he’s like “ugh again”. I won’t even bring it up to him though.
