Throughout our relationship Ryle doubted that I cared about them. They accused me of cheating, blamed me, didn’t appreciate me, etc. I would always try to reassure them that I did. I showed the proof they needed to see. I introduced them to my friends, family, etc. But I never met their family and they didn’t have friends. I tried to encourage them to meet ppl but they stayed home ALL THE TIME. I showed them grace regarding all these things but then right after I took them on a very expensive and special birthday trip they started hanging out with old friends at all hours of the night. I was totally ok a few times in the beginning but then it became more frequent, Then there was a night that I had asked them to help me with something but they were MIA. I asked they call me back and they simply texted back with “ I’m not picking up cuz I’m out”. I knew whoever they were hanging out with was someone they were trying to hide from me. So I checked the dating profile I met them on. I redownloaded it and signed back on and Initially I couldn’t find them in our messages together so I thought they had deleted the profile but then I figured they could’ve just blocked me!
So I created a new profile and set my filters very narrowly. I found them in less than 2 minutes of swiping! And the pic. you see above they had updated their profile with a pic of us on vacation together. I took this pic of them and my bra is even in the background. They lie, they gaslight, they manipulate. I reached out to their ex and before I even told her my story, her story aligned with mine! No friends, intimacy gone with a few months, clingy yet withdrawn, poor communication, secret friendships, disappearing overnight with the same friend who has a crush on them, cryptic behavior, etc. Just a garbage human being with so much unresolved childhood trauma. Please spare yourself!
