He lived in my old neighborhood and I always saw him working out and running at the park. He seemed friendly enough but I did get some weird vibes a couple times. We went on a walk one time and it got creepy. I left feeling like he didn’t respect consent and pushed until I felt like I couldn’t leave or say no. Later I saw him again while walking my dog and he did not respect me declining to walk with him or talk with him insisting we had a good time etc.
